Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by using cleaning supplies and cloths.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Follow safety protocols and proper janitorial procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with hotel or hospitality-related cleaning duties, including linen changes and room tidying
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to perform light cooking tasks when required, demonstrating versatility in household chores
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety practices
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings enhances understanding of guest expectations
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role
