Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the organisation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all departments.

- Oversee sales and merchandising strategies to maximise revenue growth and market presence.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders through effective phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and facilitate training programmes to enhance team development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, organisational policies, and legal requirements.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making processes.
- Promote a positive organisational culture centred on leadership, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within retail or sales environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and staff scheduling.
- Exceptional time management skills with a focus on achieving targets within deadlines.
- Previous experience in retail management or similar roles is preferred but not essential; leadership qualities are paramount.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities whilst maintaining professionalism and composure.

Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
