Salary: $55,000 to $77,000 per annum benchmarked by experience and location
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (UK time zone)

We are looking for a Media Buyer (Paid Advertising Specialist) to work closely with our CMO to create, launch, and optimise profitable paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves testing creative, scaling winning campaigns, and using data to drive continual improvement across the funnel.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google
Manage budgets, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and objectives
Set up and manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters
Creative & Copy Performance
Create static ad creatives and develop briefs/hooks for video creative
Write high-converting ad copy across multiple funnel stages
Run structured A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, and offers
Optimisation & Reporting
Analyse performance and provide clear, actionable insights
Use AI tools to support ad creation, testing, and reporting workflows
Continuously improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
Collaboration & Growth
Collaborate with design, marketing, and funnel teams
Stay current with platform updates, policies, and paid media best practices
Proven experience running and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategy
Strong copywriting skills for performance advertising
Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into action
Experience using design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar)
Experience using AI tools within creative and performance workflows
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation tools
Experience with GA4, conversion APIs, and advanced tracking setups
Experience with AI-driven ad creation workflows
Work on campaigns seen by millions worldwide
Collaborate closely with a senior CMO in a high-performing marketing team
