JWE Media is one of the UK’s fastest-growing media planning and buying agencies, operating across EMEA. Through our dedicated creative division, JWE Studio, we develop and deliver engaging advertising content for campaigns across TV, Radio, Digital, OOH, Press and Magazines.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join JWE Studio. This role will coordinate from the initial client brief through to the shoot, approvals and final delivery. The role is client-facing and covers production logistics, location management, cast and contributor paperwork, legal support and campaign compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate campaigns and shoots from pre-production through to final delivery.
- Work directly with clients to discuss campaign requirements, creative treatments, shot lists, timelines and approvals.
- Prepare production schedules, call sheets, contact lists and project trackers.
- Book and coordinate cast, crew, suppliers, equipment, travel, catering and other shoot requirements.
- Source and manage locations, including site visits, permissions, permits, access and shoot-day coordination.
- Manage Clearcast submissions for TV campaigns, including scripts, rough cuts, final versions, feedback and approval records.
- Manage Radiocentre clearance for radio scripts, coordinating any required amendments through to final approval.
- Support legal and compliance requirements, including cast releases, contributor agreements, usage rights, music and footage permissions, location agreements and client approvals.
- Support production budgets, invoices and project records, ensuring costs are tracked accurately
- Attend and support shoots as required, including occasional travel and flexible hours.

- Willing to travel for shoots and work outside normal office hours when required.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Production Coordinator, Production Assistant, Production Secretary or similar agency, TV, commercial, content-production or similar role.
- Hands-on experience coordinating shoots, locations, cast, crew and production paperwork.
- Experience managing Clearcast approvals is required
- Radiocentre approvals is strongly preferred.
