Summary
QFP is looking for an experienced HMO Manager to oversee two shared houses (HMOs) in Corby. This is a flexible, part-time role suited to someone who lives locally and has previous experience managing HMOs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships and respond to tenant enquiries
- Conduct room viewings, move-ins, and check-outs
- Advertise vacant rooms and help maintain high occupancy levels
- Carry out regular property inspections
- Monitor rent payments and proactively chase arrears
- Coordinate maintenance works and contractors
- Ensure properties remain clean, safe, and compliant
- Monitor HMO licensing, fire safety, and compliance requirements
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
Essential Requirements
- Must live in or near Corby
- Previous HMO management experience
- Strong understanding of HMO compliance and licensing requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Basic IT skills
