An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established care service in Enfield. This is a pivotal leadership role within a quality-focused organisation that is committed to delivering outstanding care and achieving excellence in everything it does.
You will have full operational and regulatory responsibility for the home, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional person-centred care while ensuring compliance, commercial performance, and continuous service improvement. This role would suit an established Registered Manager seeking a new challenge or a high-performing Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
- Provide visible, inspirational leadership and create a positive, high-performing culture
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining and enhancing service quality
- Champion person-centred care, dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, governance, and quality assurance processes
- Manage occupancy, budgets, and overall operational performance
- Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practice across the service
- Lead the home with accountability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for care
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing care setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, occupancy, and performance targets
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
- Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
- Committed to driving positive outcomes for residents, staff, and the wider organisation
