About the Role
Future Pro Academy is seeking an ambitious and experienced coach to lead our Women's U21 squad within a high performance academy environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing talented female players as they progress towards the senior game. We pride ourselves on creating a professional and supportive environment where both players and coaches can thrive.
With a strong track record of progressing players into the women's senior game, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a forward thinking academy committed to excellence on and off the pitch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coaching and development of the Women's U21 squad.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality training sessions.
- Support the technical, tactical, physical, and personal development of players.
- Create a positive, professional, and player centred learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with academy staff to support player progression.
- Manage matchday preparation, performance, and review processes.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and player welfare.
We're Looking For Coaches Who Have
- UEFA B Licence (essential).
- UEFA A Licence (preferred).
- Experience within youth, girls', women's, or academy football.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for developing female players.
- A positive, professional, and player-centred mindset.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
