Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Female Registered Manager to lead a well-established Nursing Home. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader with a strong background in elderly care and nursing home management.
Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or higher) or a Nursing Degree (RGN or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within a Nursing Home.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and clinical governance.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Must live within an 8-mile radius of the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the care and nursing team.
- Monitor quality, performance, and continuous service improvement.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
