Wilson Associates Ltd are recruiting a motivated Trainee Coach Builder to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the repair, and restoration of inside of the coach
- Use hand tools and power tools to shape, assemble, and finish components
- Support the measurement and fitting of various parts to ensure precise alignment and quality standards for the seats on coaches
- Participate in heavy lifting tasks required for moving materials and finished components safely
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to uphold safety standards and efficiency
- Follow instructions from senior team members to learn techniques and best practices in coach building
Requirements
- Experience with hand tools and power tools is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively as part of daily tasks
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a willingness to learn new skills
- Physically fit with good stamina for manual work over extended periods
- A proactive attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety standards
- Drivers Licence/Transport as will be required to travel to various client sites
