About Us
At Riviera Automotive, we specialise in a hand-selected collection of prestige, luxury, and high-performance vehicles. Operating from our state-of-the-art showroom in Cleckheaton, we are dedicated to providing a premium, bespoke experience to our clients.
To maintain our high standards of vehicle preparation and customer care, we are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Parts and Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
The Role
This is a dual-focus, fast-paced role that bridges the technical and customer-facing sides of our aftersales operations. You will oversee the efficient sourcing and management of vehicle parts while acting as a calm, professional, and resolution-focused point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Parts Management: Research, source, and order parts for a wide range of luxury and high-performance vehicles, ensuring cost efficiency, correct fitment, and timely arrival to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with main dealers, aftermarket suppliers, and fabrication specialists to secure the best rates and lead times.
- Customer Care & Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for aftersales inquiries and customer complaints. You will investigate issues thoroughly and handle disputes with diplomacy, empathy, and professionalism to achieve a positive outcome.
- Administrative Liaison: Keep accurate records of all orders, returns, and customer interactions, coordinating closely with our workshop and vehicle prep teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Car Sales Environment Experience (Essential): You must have proven, previous experience ordering vehicle parts specifically within a dealership or automotive sales environment. Familiarity with prestige/performance brands is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional Complaint Handling: You must have thick skin, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of handling and resolving customer complaints professionally.
- Organised & Driven: Ability to manage multiple order sheets, track deliveries, and balance administrative duties without losing attention to detail.
- IT Literate: Comfortable using dealership management systems (DMS), parts cataloguing software, and standard MS Office tools.
What We Offer
- A highly competitive salary of £30k – £35k (based entirely on your experience level).
- A structured, consistent work week (Monday to Friday only) with a great work-life balance.
- The opportunity to work alongside an enthusiastic team and a stunning fleet of high-end vehicles.
- Career development opportunities within a growing, reputable luxury automotive business.
