Rate of Pay
Candidates will be given the opportunity to propose their acceptable ROP at interview stage.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering great food. The restaurant and bar consist of a 70 cover restaurant, a 60 cover bar area, open daily (closed Tuesday’s)
You should have experience as Chef de Partie. The restaurant and bar enjoys a strong core of regular customers. However, the bar and restaurant has potential to grow, and as part of the Kitchen team you will work towards maximising these opportunities and expanding the operation.
Our company closes Xmas Day and 1st, 2nd Jan. We are also closed Tuesday’s.
The hours of work are between Monday and Sunday 10 am till 8.30 pm (closed Tuesday) you may also be required to cover other chefs days off so your ability to be flexible is vital.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
