We’re looking for confident, motivated TeleSales Executives to join the team as we continue to grow our sales team.
The Role
You’ll be contacting hot inbound leads and previous customers from our database, engaging with warm and historical leads and booking appointments for our sales surveyors. This role is perfect for someone who’s target-driven, enjoys speaking to people, and wants to earn commission and target bonus on top of their base pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Call all inbound leads to setup surveys for our surveyors
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from incoming leads
- Follow up on our sales to upsell our other products
- Qualify customer needs and book appointments for sales surveyors
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Achieve daily and weekly booking targets
- Support the wider sales team by providing quality leads
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Previous telesales/appointment setting experience desirable (but not essential)
- Target-driven and motivated by results
- Resilient, with a positive "can-do" attitude
- Comfortable part time working evenings (4pm–8pm, Mon–Fri) with optional weekend hours.
