Temporary Full-Time Farm Labourer – Llanbethery
Location: Llanbethery, Vale of Glamorgan
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Farm Labourer to join our team on a temporary full-time basis to help prepare our pheasant shoot for the upcoming season.
Our pheasant poults arrive in August, and we need someone to help get the release pens and surrounding areas ready before they arrive. This is an outdoor, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys practical work and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
Duties include:
- Building and repairing pheasant release pens
- Fencing and general maintenance
- Strimming, clearing vegetation and site preparation
- General farm labouring duties
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Assisting with other seasonal tasks as required
What we're looking for:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Previous farm, estate, construction or general labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence essential due to the rural location
