Senior Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Pizza Jockeys
Hours: Full-time (including evenings and weekends)

We're looking for a motivated, organised and hands-on Senior Restaurant Supervisor to help lead one of our busy Pizza Jockeys restaurants.
This is the ideal role for someone who already has supervisory experience and is ready to take on greater responsibility, with genuine opportunities to progress into restaurant management as our business continues to grow.
You'll be a key member of the leadership team, supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant while still leading from the front during service.
What you'll be doing
- Leading shifts and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Supporting and motivating the team to deliver consistently high standards.
- Producing weekly staff rotas to meet business needs.
- Managing stock ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Receiving deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly.
- Monitoring labour and stock costs.
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coaching, training and developing team members.
- Carrying out opening and closing procedures.
- Supporting recruitment and staff inductions.
- Handling customer feedback professionally and confidently.
- Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure company standards are consistently achieved.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience supervising in a busy hospitality environment.
- Leads by example and enjoys working alongside their team.
- Is organised, reliable and proactive.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Can confidently manage busy services.
- Has experience with stock control and ordering (or is keen to learn).
- Is comfortable preparing staff rotas.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards.
- Is flexible and happy to work evenings and weekends.
