Duties
- Prepare a cooked breakfast with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Prepare and layout continental selection for guests
- Assist in all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, mixing, cooking, and plating
- Follow established recipes and food safety protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support the team during busy service hours to ensure timely meal delivery
- Maintain organized workstations and stock ingredients efficiently for smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to restaurant policies on food safety, sanitation, and serving procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service when serving guests
- Prior experience in restaurant environments or serving roles is highly desirable
