Warehouse Supervisor

- · We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team by example. In this dynamic role, you will ensure the safe, accurate, and prompt picking, packing, and dispatch of goods while keeping our warehouse operations running seamlessly.
Note: Experience in the print industry is a distinct advantage!
Key Responsibilities
- · Lead by Example: Actively oversee and participate in picking, packing, and dispatching orders (both full pallets and cartons)
- · Manage Goods In/Out: Unload deliveries, load overnight network trailers and vans, and accurately process all associated paperwork.
- · Maintain Operational Excellence: Conduct routine stock integrity and quality checks.
- · Champion Health & Safety: Ensure safe manual handling and keep the warehouse, gangways, and outside forecourts clean and hazard-free.
What We Need from You
- · Proven Expertise:
- Solid experience operating within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- · Essential Licenses: Valid forklift licenses are required
- · Tech-Savvy: Strong computer literacy, specifically using MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
· Core Skills:
Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills with a highly flexible and proactive mindset.
