Hair Stylist – P.Louise City
Are you passionate about beauty, customer experience, and helping people feel their best?We're looking for enthusiastic and confident Hair Stylists to join our exciting in-store salon experience within P.Louise City. This role is perfect for someone who loves styling hair, enjoys interacting with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, immersive environment.Our salon is a key part of the P.Louise City experience, offering customers the opportunity to have their hair washed, blow-dried, curled, or straightened as part of their visit. The salon also plays an important role within our birthday party packages, helping create memorable and confidence-boosting moments for guests celebrating with us.Whilst experience in hair styling is essential, formal hairdressing qualifications are not required. We are looking for individuals who are confident in washing, blow-drying, straightening, and curling hair whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers into our in-store salon experience.
- Washing and blow-drying hair.
- Styling hair using straighteners and curling tools.
- Creating a fun, memorable, and premium experience for every customer.
- Recommending products and experiences where appropriate.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation within the salon area.
- Supporting the wider P.Louise City team to deliver world-class customer experiences.
A Multi-Skilled Role
At P.Louise City, customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. Whilst this role is primarily based within our salon experience, team members will be trained across multiple areas of the business and will be expected to support other stations and experiences throughout P.Louise City during quieter periods.This could include assisting customers within retail areas, supporting immersive brand experiences, hosting customer activations, or helping to bring the overall P.Louise experience to life across the store.We're looking for individuals who are adaptable, confident, and excited to be part of a truly unique customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- Confidence in washing and styling hair.
- Experience with blow-drying, curling, and straightening hair.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- A passion for beauty, hair, and the P.Louise brand.
- Confidence engaging with customers and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shift patterns.
- Experience within a salon, beauty, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environment is beneficial but not a necessity.

Salary FTE: 37.5hours - £27,300
