Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Technical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with excellent sales skills to deliver tailored security solutions to our customers. Your energetic approach will help build strong client relationships, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional service.
Duties
- Present and demonstrate security products and solutions to clients effectively, highlighting features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs through active listening and consultative questioning to recommend suitable products and services.
- Provide technical support during pre-sales consultations, including product specifications, integrations, and system configurations.
- Assist customers with onboarding processes, including product installation guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical issues using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, quotations, and project timelines that meet client requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product innovations.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or technical support within the IT or security industry is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data management and reporting.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking equipment, and security systems.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple client engagements efficiently.
