Financial Services Administrator
Location: North Norwich
Salary: up to £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
An established and highly regarded independent financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join its growing team. The business provides a comprehensive range of financial planning and wealth management services to individuals, families and businesses, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, personal and professional client service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a forward-thinking and professional environment where they will play an important role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring clients receive an efficient and first-class service. The successful candidate will be involved across a broad range of administration, adviser support, client servicing and new business processing, with the opportunity to develop their knowledge and career within a well-established business.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily post, including scanning, filing, franking and outgoing mail
- Handle general office duties, including calls, client queries, task and back-office systems, visitors and appointments
- Support advisers with plan information, client meeting preparation, correspondence, illustrations and liaison with clients and providers
- Prepare and issue client portfolio reports, review documentation and fund performance information
- New Business submission including pensions and investments, buying and selling trades on investment platforms, submitting income requirements and fund switches.
- Assist clients with applications for life cover
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 1–2 years’ experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
- Diploma in Financial Planning or a willingness to work towards the qualification

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a regulated environment.
- Professional and confident email and letter writing skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving queries
- Strong team player with a patient, professional and helpful approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information in-line with regulatory requirements
- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and client/back-office systems.

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
