Join our friendly, hardworking team at Chez Dominique as a Sous Chef. We are a 40 cover, city centre restaurant serving French and European food with a focus for using local produce for seasonal menus.
We have received certificates of achievement from Hardens Guide for very high quality food. We are in The Good Food Guide, the Trenchermans Guide and have won Best Steak and Best French at the Bath Good Food Awards.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for high food standards and impeccable hygiene standards. Who needs to be well organised, a good communicator, dedicated, ambitious and flexible with shift availability.
Approximately 40 hours a week, 6 shifts over 4 or 5 days. Mixture of days and evenings throughout the weekdays and weekends
Salary is reviewed after 3 months.
5.6 weeks holiday a year
Unlimited hot drinks, squash, water on shift and one alcoholic/soft drink on the house at the end of shift.
Meal when working double shift.
