Responsibilities

- Maintain effective communication with staff and management regarding team progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Oversee merchandising standards to ensure visual appeal and compliance with brand guidelines
- Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, stock control, and maintaining accurate records
- Handle customer queries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills
- Motivate the team to meet organisational goals through effective leadership and time management strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within retail or sales environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards shared objectives
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual or multilingual contexts preferred
- Demonstrable organisational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules, stock, and administrative duties
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management advantageous
- Ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in administrative roles demonstrating organisational competence and phone etiquette
- Management or supervisory experience is essential; previous retail or sales management experience is highly desirable
