THE ROLE
As Operations Manager, you will be the engine that keeps The Closing Coach running. You will sit between the founder, the team, and our clients, making sure everything moves forward with pace and precision.
From managing marketing campaigns and client relationships to supporting high-value business development activity, this is a varied and commercially important role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
- Quarterly touchpoints with coaching clients to maintain momentum and relationships
- Track and report on client ROI and revenue outcomes to build case study evidence
- Identify and flag upsell opportunities if they emerge
- Manage client onboarding admin end to end
- Day to day contact point and management liaison for the coaching team
Marketing Campaign Management
- Own content calendar delivery deadlines across all channels, managing the social media team
- Manage internal and external team members to hit marketing deadlines such as webinars, email campaigns, and launches
- Manage external contractors to deliver weekly campaign performance reporting
- Brief and coordinate the wider team on campaign priorities and timelines
Project and Internal Operations
- Own internal project delivery and accountability across the business
- Run weekly team coordination so the founder can focus on one high-level strategic call
- Bring creative problem solving to operational challenges
- Coordinate training uploads and manage the course portal
Founder Support
- Prepare deal memos and pre-call briefs to support high-value client engagements
- Work with the founder's EA to coordinate proposals, follow-ups, and post-call actions
- Manage the founder's pipeline admin and keep CRM accurate and up to date
- Maintain database and lead list hygiene
Founder and Team Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for the team day to day
- Make confident decisions within agreed parameters to keep things moving
- Protect the founder's creative time by owning low-level communications and requests
- Manage contractor relationships including briefs, feedback, and timelines

- An individual who thrives in entrepreneur-led businesses and prefers a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Someone with experience in both marketing and project management who can move confidently between the two
- A self-starter who is comfortable in a hybrid working environment and can manage their time and output independently
- A confident, client-facing individual who can represent the business professionally whether online or in person
- Someone with a genuine interest in digital marketing and social media who stays curious about what is working
- An ambitious individual who is excited by the opportunity to learn about and grow into the US market as the business scales
- An independent thinker who can take ownership of projects
- Sales experience is a bonus but not essential. What matters most is that you are commercially aware and confident in client conversations
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester
