Service Solutions Directis looking to recruit an administrator
Service Solutions Direct provides building emergency, reinstatement, and maintenance services to clients.
The successfully candidate needs to be self-motivated and driven to learn new skills and progress through the maintenance team.
The role will be office based at our HQ in Fulwood, Preston. The position would suit someone with a confident telephone manner, good IT skills and with experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
The role will include coordinating the diary of a trades team, assisting with administrative tasks, the collation of quotes, submitting quotes to clients and obtaining authorisations from clients and the deployment and management of approved contractors or internal trades team using our job management system.

Responsibilities include:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Logging of new instructions
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Collate updates and proactively manage jobs (in line with SLA/KPI’s)
- Liaise with clients to collate information and update them on existing leads/jobs
- Updating job management system
- To maintain a calm and positive demeanour while speaking to customer’s experiencing a potentially distressing situation.
Experience/Skills:
- Administration skills
- Basic computer literacy skills to perform essential job functions
- A confident telephone manner and positive attitude
- A willingness to work in a high paced fast-moving environment

Pay: £18,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
