We are looking for a fully experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join our growing team.
This position is aimed at an engineer who can confidently work independently and is capable of progressing into a senior/leading position within the company.
Essential Experience
Candidates should have strong experience across:
- Paxton Net2 access control
- Hikvision CCTV
- CCTV installation, servicing and fault finding
- Access control installation, servicing and fault finding
- Intruder alarm systems
- Pyronix intruder alarms
- Texecom intruder alarms
- Reactive fault calls
- Planned servicing and maintenance
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Installation of security systems
- Reactive call-outs
- Fault finding and repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance
- System upgrades and modifications
- Access control installations
- CCTV installations
- Intruder alarm installations
- Working independently at customer sites
- Diagnosing faults without requiring constant technical support
- Completing jobs professionally from start to finish
- Communicating with customers and the office
You will also participate in the company’s call-out rota.
What We’re Looking For
We particularly want someone who is:
- Fully experienced rather than trainee level
- Strong technically
- Confident with Paxton access control
- Experienced with Hikvision
- Experienced with Pyronix and Texecom
- Able to fault-find effectively
- Able to work alone
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable dealing directly with commercial customers
- Capable of taking responsibility for jobs
- Interested in developing into a senior position
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
