We are actively seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Distributions Administrator to join our Knowsley team
Job details:
· Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
· Salary - National Minimum Wage

Minimum Requirements:
· Previous office experience is preferred
· Excellent telephone manner
· Strong organisational skills
· Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous, although full training will be given.
Job Description
· Create & manage purchase orders for product purchases within group companies and our external supply chain
· Create & maintain entries onto the department transpoirt schedule
· Liaise with purchase ledger department to ensure the supplier orders are managed, maintained and paid on time
· Arrange and administrate internal and external transport (contacting hauliers, raising purchase orders, obtaining ETA's etc.)
· Scanning and filing depot paperwork
· Creating and controlling customer order shipments to ensure yard and transport functions have full visability
· General administrative duties of the distribution function
