You enjoy being around the business, coming into the office, building relationships and making connections across teams and functions. You recognise that successful change happens through trust and visibility, and you’re comfortable engaging face-to-face to build momentum and credibility.
Skills required:
HR background (People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar) with deep understanding of employee lifecycle and operational realities
System implementation experience with HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) from either change/project or end-user perspective
Practical change delivery experience in fast-paced, complex environments
Training and facilitation capabilities with confidence presenting to diverse audiences
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation creation abilities
Strong project planning and tracking capabilities
Experience with change management tools and methodologies
