Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Outpatients team on a Bank basis .

At Spire Cambridge Lea, our Physiotherapists play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, confidence, and quality of life. You'll have the opportunity to manage a varied MSK caseload and deliver evidence-based treatment plans that make a genuine difference to patient outcomes.
Working within our well-established outpatient service, you'll treat patients across a broad range of conditions, from sports injuries and chronic musculoskeletal disorders to post-operative rehabilitation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes for MSK patients.
- Manage a diverse outpatient caseload, including sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and long-term musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop personalised treatment plans focused on achieving excellent clinical outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, healthcare professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Support the ongoing delivery and development of a high-performing physiotherapy service.
- Promote best practice and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working within a collaborative clinical environment.
- BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of 2 years' Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy experience.
- Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of MSK conditions.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Working Pattern
- Bank contract
- Ad hoc shifts available
- Monday to Friday service
- Working hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- No weekend working
