WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 22:00 - 06:00 am, 30 mins unpaid break
PAY RATE: £15.90 per hour

Job Purpose Summary
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervising and working with the night cleaning team. You must be proactive and be able to problem solve, with good attention to detail and reliable.
- Supervising a team of cleaners
- Manage the allocation of holidays.
- Monitoring and controlling periodic tasks to ensure completion to a high standard.
- Completing paperwork/audits and managing yours and the teams T&A system.
- Communicating with Line Manager
- Check periodical or specialist works once completed.
- Conducting Team briefings
- Accountable for your team
- Liaising with the Line Manager regarding after Event clean ups.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding Communication skills both internal and external.
