Policywave Limited are looking for administrative staff with experience to assist in the day to day administration of their clients within our office based in High Wycombe. The positions are full time however we will consider part time as part of a job share.
Full training will be given on the duties involved, but you must have administration experience and be willing to work as part of a team to reach our common goal.
Duties will include verifying client documentation, diary administration, inviting and renewing policies, dealing with various reports that need attending to on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This will include day to day contact with both Clients and Insurers by email and phone to confirm, clarify or obtain further information.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic team player who must have a "can do" work ethic. The successful candidate must be meticulous, will need to be able to work under reasonable pressure when required and to communicate effectively. You should be able to handle email communication from both clients and team members and be able to prioritise and organise your own workload in line with agreed deadlines.
You must be able to provide information to clients in a timely, confident and professional manner. We are looking for a positive friendly professional team player, who always develops and maintains good working relationships with clients, colleagues and insurers.

Main duties:
- Checking and verifying client documentation is acceptable based on acceptability criteria
- Liaise with clients and Insurers over the phone and via email to deal with outstanding queries.
- Deal with daily reports that are issued.
- Send renewal invitations to existing clients.
- Maintain records using our software system, ensuring all data recorded is accurate and correct.
- Process amendments to existing policies as requested by clients.
- Liaise with Insurers and our accident Claim Management Company (sometimes this may need to be over the telephone).
Essential:
- Previous administration experience
- Confident on the Microsoft and good general computer skills
- Successful track record in same or similar environment.

Desirable
- Knowledge and experience of the Personal Lines Insurance Industry.
- Knowledge and experience of Mobius (OGI).
Hours:
Full time hours (Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30) - Overtime possible in addition to these hours if requested.
Part time hours will not be considered. This role is office based.
