The Jolly Botanist is a multi award winning gin bar and dining room in the West End of Edinburgh.
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic people to join our independent team.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge in both food and drinks with a keen interest in gin and cocktails.
Part time positions available ( 12-20 hours )
Bar staff
Pay and tips ( £3.5 - £4.5 per hour on average ) are done weekly and free staff food is provided on shift
minimum 1 year experience required
