We are seeking experienced, qualified Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistants for rewarding roles across Salford schools, spanning EYFS to Sixth Form (Primary, Secondary, and Specialist provisions).
The Role & Responsibilities
As a Level 3 TA, you will take on increased responsibility, including:
- Leading small group interventions and 1:1 support.
- Contributing to EHCP assessments and tracking pupil progress.
- Supporting classroom management alongside the class teacher.
Requirements
- Qualification: Certified Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience supporting additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH).
- Skills: Strong behaviour management and resilience. (Experienced candidates with transferable senior care qualifications are also welcome).
