We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to lead our specialist dementia-only nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader with a strong clinical background to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and staff.
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational efficiency. Our mission is to deliver the highest standards of nursing care in a supportive and respectful environment.
The Role:
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the Home, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will lead, inspire, and support a team of skilled professionals while maintaining full regulatory compliance and fostering a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical and operational management of the nursing home
- Ensure all care meets CQC standards and exceeds best practice guidelines
- Lead and develop the care team through effective management and training
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies
- Promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin is desirable
- Proven experience in managing a Nursing Home or similar care setting is essential
- Registration with CQC in a previous Home Manager role is essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standard
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding care

The role is worked across office hours, Monday to Friday in the Home, with some flexibility for out of hours support.
