Main Purpose of Role:
- Key Duties: To dismantle and remove parts from vehicles
- To ensure that dismantling and removal of parts is carried out in a professional manner.
- To ensure that all jobs are completed within the estimated times.
- To comply with the relevant Company Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to this position and working environment.
- Additional duties may include general assistance within the site and collection of vehicles.
- Drain and remove all fluids from vehicles
- Remove engines & gearboxes
Key Skills: To have a good mechanical knowledge and to be aware of the various car makes, models and components.
- To have a good knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures. Dependant on the individuals experience and ability to meet the job description – relevant training will be given.
- Own tools are desirable.
- Any Vehicle Dismantler applicants will need previous experience in the Motor Trade and must have mechanical knowledge. Experience of using forklifts with certification desirable, but is not essential. Applicants must be able to drive.

- Mechanical – with at least one years’ experience and relevant work experience.
* Desirable – Level 2 + Automotive Technician.
