Fix Auto Wrexham is looking for a motivated and organised Parts Adviser to join our busy and growing Accident Repair Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the motor industry who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Job Summary
As a Parts Adviser you will play a key role in ensuring our workshop operates efficiently by sourcing, ordering and managing vehicle parts. Working closely with our Estimators, Technicians and suppliers, you will help keep repairs on schedule while maintaining excellent stock control and supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Ordering and sourcing vehicle parts from approved suppliers
- Managing parts deliveries and returns
- Checking deliveries for accuracy and quality
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Liaising with Technicians, Estimators and suppliers to ensure parts are available when required
- Identifying cost-effective solutions while maintaining repair quality
- Supporting the smooth running of the Parts department
- Providing holiday and sickness cover at other Company sites when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Adviser or in a similar automotive parts role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures related to vehicle parts is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and team focused approach
- Full UK driving licence preferred
