What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain data pipelines, integrations and warehousing solutions to support trusted, scalable insight delivery.
- Develop dashboards, reports and self-service insight solutions that support informed decision-making across the business.
- Implement secure and scalable access controls to ensure data is accessible to the right people at the right time.
- Design insight solutions with a consistent visual language, aligned to the UI standards of our broader technology suite, ensuring clarity and usability.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure data products and insight solutions deliver measurable value.
- Contribute to the evolution of SecuriGroup's data platform, supporting forecasting, automation, AI-powered data interaction and machine learning initiatives.
What You’ll Work With

- Automation & Integration: SSIS, Airbyte, Airflow, dbt
- Advanced Capabilities: Row-level security, AI-powered insights, forecasting and automation
- Delivery & Collaboration: Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365
What You’ll Bring
Technical Competencies
- Proven experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that are intuitive, performant, reusable and aligned to business workflows, driving adoption and meaningful business value.
- Strong SQL, DAX, semantic modelling and data transformation skills, with experience querying, shaping and modelling data to create trusted, business-ready datasets and insight solutions.
- Comfortable working with Git and CI/CD pipelines, to support version control, deployment, and collaboration across reporting assets.
- Exposure to AI-enhanced analytics (e.g., Power BI Copilot, Azure OpenAI), with a strong interest in leveraging LLMs to automate insights, forecasting, and trend detection.
