Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, organised and confident period to take responsibility for running our outside garden bar and beer garden.
Bar operates from Sunday to Friday from 11 am to 8 pm ish
- Running the outside bar independently
- Supervising and working alongside a runner
- Delivering exceptional customer service and checking guests are happy
- Liaising with main bar and kitchen through walkie-talkies
- Stocking Fridges, keeping bar fully stocked and exceptionally clean and tidy
- Caddies clean, cutlery rolled, sauces always filled
- Beer Garden clean, tables tidy, umbrellas clean
- Taking Pride in ensuring the outside operation runs smoothly through the day
This is a seasonal position which is dependent on weather conditions, customer footfall so flexibility is essential.
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous bar experience and is confident working independently
Is organised, reliable and proactive. Has excellent customer service skills. Enjoys working outside in a busy environment.
