About the Role
Centum Services is looking for reliable, professional, and compassionate Support Staff Workers to join our growing team. Working across residential settings in Bedford/Luton, you will play an important role in helping to maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Staff Worker, your duties will include:
· Manning reception and controlling access to the premises.
· Monitoring CCTV and other security systems.
Conducting routine patrols of the property.
· Assisting residents with general day-to-day needs and access to basic facilities.
· Responding appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
· Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.
· Reporting incidents, irregularities, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
· Following site-specific Risk Assessments (RAMS) and all of our policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:
· A professional, reliable, and excellent communicator.
· The ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to incidents.
· Good observational skills and attention to detail.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to work shifts across Luton/Bedford as required.
