Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
- Assist with meal preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all food is stored properly, rotated correctly, and handled with care to prevent contamination or spoilage.
- Follow all restaurant procedures related to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service when applicable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food handling procedures.
