We are currently recruiting female Care Workers to work with clients in the following areas of Solihull and surrounding postcodes: Bickenhill (B92), Meriden (CV7), Knowle (B93), Lyndon (B92), Elmdon (B92), Olton (B92), Silhill (B91), St Alphege (B91), Shirley East/West/South (B90), Blythe (B90), Dorridge (B93), Chelmsley Wood (B37), Allesley (CV7).
Pay:
£12.75 - £13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including dressing, bathing, grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Support with medication as per care plans.
- Help prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Keep accurate daily records of care provided.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in clients’ homes.
- Liaise with families and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols.
