- Salary: £17.37-£18.49 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay). Base pay is £15.50 per hour (days) and £16.50 per hour (weekends), with holiday pay added to reach the total advertised hourly rate. Holiday pay is accrued and held separately, ready to be paid when you take time off.
- Working pattern: Waking nights - Monday to Sunday, minimum 2 shifts per week

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Complex Care Assistant to support a female adult client in a family home setting.
Our client has complex needs including Global Developmental Delay, learning disabilities and cerebral palsy. She benefits greatly from engaging interaction and particularly enjoys singing, which is an important part of her daily routine. This role would suit someone who brings strong complex care experience, has a warm, compassionate approach and will be confident in working within structured care plans.
Clinical skills required include:
- Tracheostomy and total laryngectomy care
- Seizure management
- Moving and handling
- Oral and stoma suctioning
- Oral feeding
- Personal care
- Learning disability and developmental support
- Daily physiotherapy and stretching

What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of complex homecare experience
- Experience with tracheostomy, seizure management, respiratory care, learning disabilities and physiotherapy support
- Car driver
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
