At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.
We're looking for four driven graduates who bring ambition, commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to succeeding in financial sales. In return, you'll gain the experience, skills and support needed to grow into a future leader.
This is a hybrid role requiring 50% office attendance and travel across both our Newbury and Trowbridge offices. A Full UK driving licence is required.
Across the two-year programme, you'll gain hands-on experience through structured rotations within both sales and sales-support functions at Novuna Vehicle Solutions.
- Rotating across 12 key sales and sales-support areas, gaining real exposure to how a leading B2B sales function operates
- Developing through focused learning modules, building the technical knowledge, behaviours and commercial mindset needed to succeed
- Benefiting from continuous feedback and support to help shape your career, aligning your strengths and ambitions with the right sales specialism
You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree. In addition to this, you demonstrate strong potential for future sales leadership, along with a mature, long-term perspective that recognises the investment and opportunities this programme offers.
