Novuna Vehicle Solutions manages leasing and fleet solutions for some of the UK's best-known brands, helping customers transition to electric and alternative fuel vehicles. We're looking for four graduates who bring ambition, commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to succeeding in financial sales. In return, you'll gain the experience, skills and foundation needed to grow into a future leader.
This is a hybrid role requiring 50% office attendance and travel across both our Newbury and Trowbridge offices. A Full UK driving licence is required.
Across the two-year programme, you'll gain hands-on experience through structured rotations within both sales and sales-support functions at Novuna Vehicle Solutions.
- Structured rotations across 12 sales and sales-support areas

You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree. In addition to this, you demonstrate strong potential for future sales leadership, along with a long-term mindset that recognises the investment and opportunities this programme offers.
