We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, supporting individuals to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion. You will also take on a senior role within the team, helping to guide and support colleagues, contribute to care planning, medication administration and ensure excellent standards of care are maintained.
Hours:
Flexible shifts available between 14:00 and 22:00. We are happy to discuss working patterns to suit your availability.
About You:
- Caring, patient, and empathetic with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) required
- Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities essential
