We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team at Pyes Mill Hotel. If you're passionate about fresh food, love working in a fast-paced environment, and want to develop your skills under an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
- Working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality food and service.
- Running your own kitchen sections with confidence and consistency.
- Learning to lead and organise kitchen shifts.
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.
- Working across both our busy restaurant service and exciting weddings, events and functions.
- Supporting stock control, food safety and kitchen organisation.
- Helping maintain a clean, efficient and positive working environment.
- Working as part of a team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Passion for great food and attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
- Able to remain calm under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Willing to learn, develop and take on responsibility.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Someone who takes pride in everything they do.

Pay: £16.50-£18.00 per hour
