Salary: From £27,612 per year (depending on experience)
ASWR Independent BMW Dismantlers is one of the UK's leading BMW specialist recyclers, established in 2003.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy Manchester team.
This is a fast-paced office-based role dealing with trade and retail customers across the UK. The successful candidate will have previous motor trade experience and be confident identifying vehicle parts, handling customer enquiries and converting sales opportunities.
Main Duties
- Phone and counter sales
- Managing eBay and online enquiries
- Assisting trade and retail customers
- Identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts
- Processing customer orders
- Organising deliveries and collections
- Liaising with workshop, warehouse and dispatch staff
- Updating customers on orders and enquiries
- Using parts identification and stock management systems
- Helping ensure the smooth flow of orders throughout the business
The Right Person Must
- Have previous motor trade or vehicle parts experience
- Be able to identify vehicle parts confidently
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be organised and able to prioritise workload
- Be confident using computers and online systems
- Work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Be reliable, motivated and hard-working
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- BMW knowledge
- eBay sales experience
- Vehicle dismantling or recycling industry experience
