Salary: from £180 - £200+ per day (depending on experience) + overnight allowance

The Role
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Landscaper /bricklayer / Gardener/Pruner to join our team. You will handle everything from high-end garden maintenance and precise pruning, overgrown gardens to landscaping projects.
Most of our work is local, but we will be doing some projects across the UK. This role may require occasional overnight stays away from home
We fully cover all accommodation costs.
Applicants need to easily be able to meet at our yard in Warwick at 7am each morning.
Key Responsibilities
- Pruning & Care: Carry out precise pruning, hedge cutting to a high standard.
- Gardens: overgrown gardens and seasonal garden tasks. Removing bamboo.
- Travel Flexibility: Travel to nationwide sites and stay overnight when required.
- Landscaping: hard and soft incl, laying patios, building raised timber beds etc, bricklaying, be able to work on own initiative and have experience in this area.
- Tools & Safety: Safely operate and maintain garden machinery and hand tools.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in professional gardening, pruning, landscaping, digger operating useful but not essential
- Horticultural Knowledge: would be advantageous but not essential.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence is essential (to drive company vans).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work away from home overnight on occasion.
- Attitude: Reliable, hard-working, and physically fit to handle outdoor manual work in all weathers with good attendance record.
