Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions accurately and handle POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality roles is preferred; restaurant experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong skills in mixology, serving, and customer engagement
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
