We are a fast-growing events hire company providing unique entertainment experiences at weddings, parties, and corporate events. Our services include 360 photo booths, audio guest books, Vogue magazine booths, and pop-up pods.
We’re looking for reliable, energetic individuals to join our team and represent our brand at events across the Midlands.
The Role
This is a hands-on, flexible role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for delivering, setting up, and managing our equipment at events.
Some shifts will involve full event management, while others may be simple drop-offs and collections. You may also work across multiple events in one day, travelling between locations.
This role involves regular travel across the Midlands, including cities such as Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Coventry, and surrounding areas. Some events may require up to 1 hour+ travel each way.
You will be required to use your own vehicle for travel to and from events.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving to event locations across the Midlands
- Loading and unloading equipment (heavy lifting required)
- Setting up and packing down event equipment
- Operating and supervising 360 booths and other hire products
- Engaging with guests and ensuring a great experience
- Monitoring equipment and resolving minor issues (training provided)
- Representing the company in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (ESSENTIAL – applications without one will not be considered)
- Access to your own reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with regular travel and working at different locations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Physically able to lift and move equipment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts based on event bookings
- Typically 4–12 hours per shift
- Occasionally longer shifts depending on event schedules
- Evening and late-night work required
- Weekend availability essential
Pay & Benefits
- £12.21 – £14 per hour (depending on experience and responsibility)
- Paid travel time
- 45p per mile mileage contribution
- Full training provided – no prior experience required
