Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Fitter / Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of carpentry skills and be able to undertake various tasks across the process of Kitchen Installation
The Kitchen Fitter / Multi Trader will be expected to demonstrate good working experience in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and painting, among others.
Responsibilities
- Carry out Kitchen Installations within both occupied and void properties.
- Read and interpret Kitchen plan and Project plans to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Undertake elements of kitchen installation including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating. Advantages for candidates who have experience laying Polysafe/Altro sheet flooring.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Perform all work as required, ensuring quality finishes.
Experience
- Proven experience in a multi-trade role or kitchen fitter position is essential.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools relevant to various trades.
- Experience with plastering, plumbing, carpentry, building, painting, carpentry, tiling, decorating, and the use of power tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
