Following significant investment and continued success across their existing portfolio of homes, our client is opening several new services throughout 2026 and is seeking exceptional individuals at every level to join their growing organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new service and play a key role in the provider's continued growth across the South East.
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Children's Residential Home.
- Strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Experience leading Ofsted inspections and driving continuous improvement.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
